How the Program Works

As an MBA Preferred Affiliate, you earn commissions of up to USD 10.00 for EACH party who completes our Registration Form. This is a very unique program, because we DO NOT pay you based on orders, or on sales made; rather we pay PER LEAD for each valid completed Registration Form.

Also, the registrant receives a discount when they sign-up for any of our services!

You will REGISTER and click on the "Affiliate Sign Up" link to create an account, and obtain a Unique Tracking Link that is coded for you. Through graphic banners and text links provided by us, you will have the opportunity to point your contacts to the special offer landing page.

Each party who completes the required fields, and confirms their email through the Aweber email authorization process, earns you a one-time commission of USD 5.00, and up to USD 10.00 EACH!

The individuals most likely to complete the Registration Form are small business owners, online entrepreneurs and executive professionals. Enrollment in the Program

IMPORTANT NOTE: For the protection of MyBusinessAssistant (MBA) and our network of affiliates, we reserve the right to cancel any affiliate account for any reason deemed necessary by MBA. This is to protect the integrity of the program, and to uphold the ethical nature of all affiliates representing the MBA Preferred Affiliate program.

Promotion of the Program

As a new MBA Preferred Affiliate, we will make available to you a variety of graphic banners and textual links that will serve as your Unique Tracking Link. Subject to the terms and conditions hereof, you may display as often and in as many areas on your site as you desire. The Unique Tracking Links will serve to identify you as an MBA Preferred Affiliate, and will establish a link from your website, email campaign, Blog or other - to the landing page.

To permit accurate tracking, reporting, and referral fee accrual, we will provide you with a unique Affiliate tracking code that would be used in all links from your site and other marketing efforts. We have partnered with HasOffers.com, (an industry respected affiliate service provider) to generate and track your MBA Preferred Affiliate tracking code. You will only earn referral commissions with respect to activity on our site occurring directly through such links. We will not be liable to you with respect to any failure by you in using your Unique Tracking Link, including to the extent that such failure may result in any reduction of amounts which would otherwise be paid to you.

You also agree that you will display in your site only those graphic banners or textual links that are provided by MBA, and you will substitute such images with any new images provided by us from time to time throughout the term of the MBA Preferred Affiliate partnership. All Unique Tracking Links may be modified and/or expanded from time to time throughout the term of this arrangement pursuant to the mutual agreement of the parties hereto.

Registration Processing

We will process the registrations placed by leads from your Unique Tracking Link to our landing page. A valid registration of our offer landing page form must contain a valid email address and phone number. (Any registrations with duplicate email addresses and phone numbers will be removed from the system, and would not be considered for multiple commission payouts.)

We reserve the right to reject submissions that do not comply with any requirements that we may periodically establish. We will be responsible for all aspects of registration processing and fulfillment. Among other things, we will process payments, cancellations, returns and handle customer service. We will track people who register from your Unique Tracking Link, and will make available to you reports summarizing these registration activities. The form, content, and frequency of the reports will be monthly, and may vary from time to time at our discretion.

Preferred Affiliate Commissions

You will earn commissions based on qualified submitted forms from the landing page. All submitted forms will be verified for accuracy and email validation. The current referral fee schedule is:

We reserve the right to increase or decrease the fee schedule in the future for all or individual MBA Preferred Affiliates. In such cases MBA Preferred Affiliates will be provided with a 30 days' notice.

We will pay you affiliate commissions on a monthly basis. MyBusinessAssistant (MBA) will pay commissions in the FIRST WEEK of each month for the prior calendar month's valid registrations. We will transfer affiliate commissions via PayPal to your provided account submitted to us in your registration. (You can edit your provided PayPal email address at any time.)

Note: If the commissions payable to you for any month are less than USD 25.00, we will hold those commissions until the total amount due is at least USD 25.00 or (if earlier) until this agreement is terminated.

Payable Commissions

We will pay you commissions on verified submissions from our designated offer landing page. For a submission to be eligible to earn a commission, the visitor must follow your Unique Tracking Link from your site to our landing page, complete the required fields and submit their information. They will also need to verify their email address through an Aweber email verification process.

A valid registration of our landing page form must contain a valid email address and phone number. (Any registrations with duplicate email addresses and/or phone numbers will be removed from the system, and would not be considered for multiple commission payouts.)

Should the visitor not complete any of the required fields, or not validate their email from Aweber, MyBusinessAssistant will not be required to pay the referral commission. Should a paid commission prove to be from a fraudulent submission, MyBusinessAssistant reserves the right to seek reimbursement from the MBA Preferred Affiliate for any validated false submissions.
