My company needs only one of the services you provide. Can I sign up for just one service?
Absolutely! In fact, most of our clients start with one or two services.
Once they become accustomed to the benefits they receive by having
MBA as their support partner, and as demands on their business grow
because of the time they have freed-up as a result, they most often
add additional support services to their plan. Using MBA’s “My
Virtual Business Center" online portal, adding, changing, suspending
or canceling any service, at any time, is a matter of clicking a button.
What About Pricing? How do I know what this will cost
me?
Depending on your requirements, you can Engage us in three different
ways.
Our popular Flex plans are designed to sign up for one or multiple part-time services and gives you the power to create your own custom service package. While creating your own service packages in your flex plan applications, you will know the price of individual services and the total monthly fee.
For One Time Project and Full time services, contact us and we will
evaluate your requirements and send you a proposal.
Are your services offered on a retainer basis,
or on a one-time project basis?
Due to the nature of our services, most of our clients engage us on
a retainer basis. At the same time, we do perform many one-time projects
and welcome one time engagements, too.
How do I cancel part, or all, of my services?
For retainer clients, all services are offered on a month-to-month
basis. Your commitment is always billed monthly. Agreed-upon services
are automatically renewed unless you cancel before the first of the
month. And yes, everything can be done online using our online portal.
Can I temporarily suspend some or all of my services?
Yes. You can suspend before the beginning of any month and then resume when the timing is right for you. For certain services, a small base fee may apply to keep your account active.
What if (very unlikely!) I don’t like the quality of your services after I sign up?
If we fail to provide what we have promised you in writing, or cannot
meet your expectations 100%, we will fix it at no extra charge or
refund your money. Our goal is to go far beyond your expectations.
Can I try out a service without signing up?
Yes. We offer free trial services before signing up. However, if the
free trial service of your choice involves any sort of a company specific
set up, we may have to charge only for the set up.
Do you have virtual assistants who
can speak Spanish language?
Yes, we do have Spanish speaking virtual assistants as well as live
phone agents.
Does MyBusinessAssistant provide its
services from USA or from an Off-shore location?
MyBusinessAssistant has the big advantage of combining on-shore and
off-shore models to provide our clients with the best of both worlds.
There are certain services like live phone answering, most of the
Virtual Assistance services, IT and accounting which are always provided
by our USA based teams. At the same time, we believe services like
pure Data entry, and web development services can be provided by our
India based teams to keep your costs low. Therefore, our clients are
able to enjoy the expertise and talent available through both teams.
